Note Detector can be used as a guitar tuner or a singing voice pitch trainer. I use it as an educational device. I have a bamboo flute laying aroung the house and I always wondered what notes came out when I blew on it. I'm not musically inclined enough to determine that kind of stuff with my ear. With Note Detector I was able to map out where all the notes on the flute were and how hard to blow in order to get an A instead of an A#.

 Good made, this tool is useful, thanks.
This installed perfectly and worked right away. It's a very interesting look at your sounds and I love the oscilloscope! Looks like an useful little tool to give you a different perspective and new clues about the nature of your sound files.
 My thoughts on Frequency Analyser Not quite as controlable as I would have liked for instance the file input would be nice for it just to run it the once.It would have been nice to have the option to save the image output (I may have missed something here?)But on the whole a use ful little application to enable you to visualize/analyse sound. I my case I was looking for possible cause for beat frequency in an engine.
